First signs of spring!

I found these pretty little flowers popping up in my front yard. Didn't know I had them, but they are pretty!

We have been having so gorgeous weather here lately. Sunny and no rain! We took the kids to the park on Saturday. There were tons of famillies out enjoying the sunshine. (Hard to believe with all the shorts and dresses that it was almost 60 degrees!)

A Big Thank You

To lady in the car ahead of me at Starbucks this morning! Your generosity was greatly appreciated! (When I got up to the drive-thru window this morning, the barista told me that the lady ahead of me had already paid for my drinks!) And, I do admit, that when I was follow said lady's car through the parking lot towards the drive-thru, I was wishing she would park so that I could just get in, order, and get out! (The line was unusually NON-EXISTENT this morning!) This random act of kindness really made my day!

Lunar Eclipse

Did you get to see the Lunar Eclipse? We got just enough clouds out of the way to be able to view it! It was pretty amazing. I so need one of those nifty cameras with a lens attached on it to take awesome pictures of things like this. But I do love my camera and these are the best pics I could get. We caught it near the end as the shadow was moving away from the moon - so you see a cresent bit of the moon light and then the reddish color where the shadow is covering the moon. (I added a bit of color to the second one to make the moon stand a bit more!)

Another birthday party

It seems like the birthday parties for the older kids have slowed down, but they are just starting up for Little Man! (and with all the kids at day care being within 6 months of age, the parties are never ending!) The latest party was at an inflatable place. Its a whole big room full of jumpers and things - even adults can go on them! Little Man hopped into the boxing ring with one of his friends. He has the red gloves. And, despite the pictures, he spent most of the time on the ground - on is back. The last picture is one of those giant slides. Little Man insisted that I stand at the bottom and take his picture EVERY time he went down the slide.

Miss K had her appliance put in this week! And oh boy is she happy about it! No more candy and gum . . . how every will she survive? (Mr. A is getting his removed next week!)

Sunshine, Flip Flops, and crazy girls!

Woop Woop! What more could you ask for on a Girl's week to Disneyworld! The weather in Florida was BEAUTIFUL! We hit all the major attractions - and most of the small ones too! I think the longest line we stood in was 45 minutes. (Gotta love the Fast Pass!) We have decided that what happens at Disney will stay at Disney. (Honestly - what would you do with a week of NO KIDS AND NO HUSBANDS at Disneyworld?) But I know that I will be back again next year!

Boy Time Flies . . .

. . . when your vacation is coming up! We have been a bit busy around here. Miss K. had her first Ortho visit. In a couple of weeks she will be the proud owner of an expander - just like Mr. A. And being the good mom that I am I had to take the same pictures for BOTH children. (Spread the embarassment! LOL) And I was made to promise that in no way would these pictures find themselves a spot on Myspace. So, BLOG HERE WE ARE:

Little Man went to a girl's birthday party from school. It was held at a gymnastic center. The party was so much fun! Im sure Little Man would love some gymnastic lessons just to have time to play on all the cool equipment.

Apparently, our new puppy loves a roaring fire as much as we do on these cold winter nights:

I leave Monday morning for Orlando, Florida! I get a whole weeks vacation at DisneyWorld! And it is Girls Week! Yep, thats right - Disneyworld with no kids and no husband! I am meeting up an old friend from high school for the week. What a great reunion! I'll have lots of pictures and stories to share when I return!
